General Schedule:

9 am to 12 pm
During the morning sessions, you will have the opportunity to rotate through three breakout sessions. We have designed these so you can attend each session. Each will last 45 minutes.

  • SESSION #1 – THE ROLE OF THE CHURCH | Humanitarian Disaster Institute – Why should the church care, and how can we help? 
  • SESSION #2 – DOMESTIC RESETTLEMENT | World Relief – How are refugees resettled, and how can we help?
  • SESSION #3 – THE INTERNATIONAL CRISIS | World Vision – What is happening outside the US and how can we help?

12:00 – 1:00 | LUNCH

1 pm to 5 pm
The afternoon presentations will be live streamed. There will also be a short break around 3 pm. TED-style talks include topics such as:

  • An overview of the crisis
  • Why justice matters
  • Understanding Islam and ISIS
  • The crisis in Europe and the Middle East
  • The migration crisis and the Great Commission
  • Domestic refugee resettlement
  • Justice fatigue
  • Leading through crisis
  • The story of a refugee family
